USE THE GRACE

*Study scripture:* _2 Timothy 2:1 – Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus._

*USE THE GRACE*

It is amazing the instructions Apostle Paul gave to his son Timothy. He told Timothy to be strong in the grace that is in Jesus Christ. There are many kinds of graces and favor,but he tells him to take advantage of that which is in Christ.

When you get money, there is a favor you obtain,but your strength must not be in there. Some people are strong in career. Some people have strong family backgrounds. Some people have strong academic qualifications,but Timothy was advised to strengthen himself in the grace of God.

The grace of God represents the spiritual blessings and endowment of liberty and freedom God has given us through Jesus. It is the testimony of what Jesus has done for you already. You must be bold and take advantage of what he has done for you.

You may have heavy medical bills that you cannot afford to pay yet sickness is consuming your body. Being strong in the grace of God means you receive the testimony that by his stripes you are healed and take hold of it. You will receive free healing.

You could be stuck financially without a job but you need money. Being strong in the grace of God means that you receive the testimony that Jesus became poor to make you rich. That unlocks your finances.

It is possible that you are struggling with sin and addictions. You have tried to avoid sin,gone for counselling but the habits keep consuming you up. Take advantage of the grace and know Jesus was made sin to make you the righteousness of God in him.

Being strong in the grace of God that is Jesus means that you receive all the spiritual blessings that have come to you on account of what Jesus has done for you beyond your Labour and efforts. Celebrate what Christ has done and have your boasting in that. It is what we call taking advantage of the grace of God in Christ.

*Nugget:* It does not matter what you are going through. It does not matter what is sinking. Take advantage of the grace of God to make things turn around for your goodness. Do not live in trauma. Use the grace of God for your life.

I take advantage of the grace of God in my life. My prosperity, excellence, success and increase is evident through that is in Christ. The grace of God labours in me to victory in Jesus name.
