RECEIVING FROM THE WORD

*Study scripture:* _Isaiah 54:14-In righteousness shalt you be established: you shalt be far from oppression; for you shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near you._

*RECEIVING FROM THE WORD.*

As a Christian, learn to receive what God has given you. Everything God gives you is something you ought to receive. Receiving from the word is not when you say “I receive” but rather becoming one with what has been spoken.

For example from the verse above, how do you receive from it? In the ordinary world when someone says *_”this is your pen”_*. Your response shall be *_”this is my pen”_*. You are possessing what has been given to you.

In our verse, it has come from the mouth of the Lord that *_”In righteousness shalt you be established.”_* Receiving from that portion implies that I will respond by also saying _*”In righteousness shalt I be established.”_*

And then next he says upon your life that *_”you shalt be far from oppression”_*. In receiving what God has said and given to me, I shall say with my mouth that *_”I shalt be far from oppression_*

The next he says *_”for you shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near you.”_* I receive by saying that *_”for I shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near me.”_* Possess and take ahold of what God has given you always.

Receiving from the word implies that where God has said *_“you are”_*. You respond and receive by saying *_”I am”_*. If he says *_”you are”_* the light of the world, I receive by possessing it that *_”I am”_* the light of the world. Do the same for all the verses in the word of God where he says *_you_*.

Receiving from the word implies that where God has said *_“you are”_*. You respond and receive by saying *_”I am”_*. If he says *_”you are”_* the light of the world, I receive by possessing it that *_”I am”_* the light of the world. Do the same for all the verses in the word of God where he says *_you_*.

Lord I thank you for the revelation of your word this morning. I am the righteousness of God in Christ. I am a chosen generation. I am the apple of God’s eye. I am a head and not a tail. I am blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in the name of Jesus Christ.
