PROFITABLE SONS

*Study scripture:* _2 Timothy 4:11 – Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry._

*PROFITABLE SONS*

In every Ministry, there is always a group of sons who are profitable. There is always an individual who is outstanding and excellent in matters to do with ministry. Paul testified of mark.

As a minister,you ought to always figure out the outstanding and most hardworking members in your fellowship,cell meeting and church gathering. When you realize a man that is so profitable to your fellowship,you ought to give them the right hand of fellowship always.

*_Philemon 1:10-12 – I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds: – Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me:- Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:_*. Paul spoke of the former life of Onesimus which was unprofitable but like became profitable.

Paul found Onesimus an unprofitable child in ministry. But while he spent time with him,he learned how to profit. It is good to keep an eye on all the ministers in church to discover brothers and sisters who are productive and pillars in ministry.

*_2 Corinthians 8:18 – And we have sent with him the brother, whose praise is in the gospel throughout all the churches;_* When Titus was being sent for ministry,he had along with him a brother who was known everywhere for the gospel’s sake. In every church he was known.

What is the report on your next leaders? Are they known in the fellowship for ministry. Are they profitable to your cell? Have they contributed to the growth of the church? It is wisdom to discover profitable men in ministry and to elevate to places of commendation.

Paul always had those men in church that were profitable to his ministry. It is not bad for a minister to have sons and daughters he trusts in ministry. Learn to be profitable and productive to your church ministry always. Let your church ministers and leaders always have confidence in you as a profitable child to ministry.

I bless your name Holy spirit for the great profiting upon me. You are the God that teaches me how to profit. I am profitable to my marriage, my ministry, my husband,my wife and my campus and everyone around me to the glory of God in the name of Jesus Christ.
