*Acts 4:31,33 ( KJV);* And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
*POWER IN THE HOLY GHOST*
The only genuine source of power for children of God is the Holy Ghost. Any other means is not only a counterfeit but also counterproductive.
When Jesus Christ was going to be with His Father, He told His disciples that they should stay back in Jerusalem until the power to go out and do the assignment that He had earlier given to them.
It is unfortunate that many so called children of God are gambling with their lives by engaging in the work of the ministry without adequate spiritual preparation and separation.
There are lots of blessings which accrue from receiving the power of the Holy Spirit. For example , the Bible says we do not know how we ought to pray but the Holy Spirit helps our inadequacy and with great groaning, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us [ Romans 8:26] .
In other words when we are empowered by the Holy Spirit, prayer will not be a difficult task but a habitually communion.
When we are endued with power of the Holy Spirit, we become unstoppable by the circumstances and detractors of this world.
In Acts 4, they prayed in the Holy Ghost and became so bold that they preached the Word of God in the streets without fear. You need this power.

*COUNSEL:* Child of God, To be endued in the Holy Spirit, however , your salvation must be genuine. Without genuine salvation, you are prone to have a counterfeit Holy Spirit baptism and in turn, counterfeit power which lead to a vexation of your spirit.
*PRAYER:* Loving Heavenly Father, I thank you for the promise of the Holy Spirit of which my life is sealed unto the day of redemption. I carry your anointing , it is overflowing over me, it is affecting generations through me , in Jesus’ Name. *Amen*
