_To them God willed to make known what are *the riches of the glory of this mystery* among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory._

*OF THE CIRCUMCISED 2* -( The Hope of Glory)

In part 1 ” *Of the circumcised* “, we were awakened to the fact that the outward circumcision (Symbolic of the Works of the law) that the Religious Jews of not only Paul’s day but also ours advocate for to gain right standing with God is actually of no benefit to that end. Its rather just a seal or proof of what God approves of as being the true circumcision, that which be of the Heart and that a man receives only when he believes and puts his faith in Christ Jesus.

As a matter of fact, the bible also says, _” *For as many as have sinned* without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law._ *(Romans 2:12)*. The bible talks about ” *_For as many as have sinned…_* ” and what Paul was trying to establish in the minds of his hearers is actually that its of no profit nor added advantage that a man be under the law or not under the law, they all will be judged because both parties remain guilty; for all man has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God anyway ( *Romans 3:23* ) and _”Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight,…”_ *(Romans 3:20)* There must be a better solution and that’s exactly what Paul was trying so much to drive at with all these arguments.

What then is a man’s Hope for glory if not works? Our theme Scripture says (paraphrased) that ” *_Its Christ in us that’s the Hope of Glory_* ” and not our works. It’s also not Christ plus works but Christ from beginning to end . Actually this is the gospel message that Paul preached and he says in it is the righteousness of God revealed from ” *Faith to Faith* ” ( *Romans 1:17* ). We start by putting our faith in Jesus and that’s also the way we go to the very end of our salvation; (faith to faith) and not faith to works. As we received Him, so we walk in Him ( *Colossians 2:6* ). We received Him by faith so we walk in Him by Faith till our races are over.

*NUGGET*
Do you want Glory? Receive Jesus for He alone is our hope. And as you’ve received Him which is by faith, so walk in Him ( *Colossians 2:6* ) till your race is over.
