BE PERFECT…YES! BE PERFECT

*Matthew 5:48*
_Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect._

*Insight*
Some things in the bible may really seem impossible or as some say ” _too good to be true_ “. Could Jesus have really meant what He said? Well, yes I do believe so and its good for us to take God’s Word the way its presented and not change it lest we make it void of its power. Remember the bible says these things are foolish to those who are perishing or those considered to be wise according to the world *1 Corinthians 1:18*. So we do well to take God’s Word the way its presented if we are to see results.

In *James 1:23* James Contrast’s God’s Word to be like a mirror, when you look at the mirror you see flaws on your body such as uncombed hair and you perfect it. So is the word, if we look into the word with the purpose of improving our character maybe in unforgiveness I believe we can perfect that part of us. Jesus said in *Mark 9:23*_that anything is possible for the one who believes_” Do you believe you can be perfect at something you desire in your life, then its possible by the fact that you believe _ _For God be true and every man be a liar_ *Romans 3:4* God doesn’t lie, has He said it, it can be done or He will do it. Finally in *Matthew 7:8* Bible says _He who seeks finds_ if you can seek perfection in the areas of your life you desire, I believe you will find it.

*PRAYER*
Father we love you, we adore you. Thank you because perfection is a reality you’ve called us to. Help us lord to walk there in. In Jesus Name .Amen

Verse: Psalm 36:9

‘For You are the fountain of life, the light by which we see.’

– The ultimate source of all life is to be found in God Himself.
– Real life and real living can only happen when we discover this fountain.
– In the world we are surrounded by so much darkness, but He is our light.
– And because He is our light, we can see, even in the darkness.

PRAYER:My Great Father and Lord, thank You that You are my ‘fountain of life’. In You I can find what I need to thrive and live in victory. You are my light and my salvation, of Whom shall I be afraid? Amen.
