AT PEACE WITH YOUR ENEMIES

*Study scripture: * _Proverbs 16:7-When a man’s ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him._

*AT PEACE WITH YOUR ENEMIES.*

One of the most destroying doctrines Christians have interacted with several times is the reality that one time their enemies are going to die. Many eagerly wait to witness their downfall.

Many pray and fast or even give a seed just to see some calamity befall their enemies. But that is not the heart of God concerning your enemies. He gave you an instruction to bless your enemies and anyone who hurts you.

As long as you are at loggerheads with your enemies,it means your ways are not yet right before the Lord. When your ways are perfect before God, you will be at peace with everyone including your enemies.

When the psalmist had his ways perfected before God, he began to sit with his enemies. *_Psalms 23:5-Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:…._ * He was no longer fighting endless battles with his adversaries.

When Christ had his ways made right with God, he so often interacted with Judas Iscariot and sat at meat with him peacefully. A man that communes with his enemies without praying bad luck for them has had his ways please God.
