Setting the battl

Suddenly a prophet approached Ahab king of Israel, saying, “Thus says the LORD: “Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, I will deliver it into your hand today, and you shall know that I am the LORD.”‘

1Kgs.20.14 – So Ahab said, “By whom?” And he said, “Thus says the LORD: “By the young leaders of the provinces.”‘ Then he said, “Who will set the battle in order?” And he answered, “You.”

*Setting the battle*. The Prophet of God here prophecies success to king Ahab over Ben- hadad, The king ‘Ahab’ didn’t know what to do, how to do and when to it because King Ben – hadad was superior compared to him. But the good news stands and remains that King Ahab side will go from the battle with success. Here note how God is casting out fear from the side that thought that it is inferior. God,s word has to be heard, received and believed to do what it says. See the scriptures tell us of the parable of sower who went out, to sow and seeds *fell* on the ground, the word of God has to fall into our spirits for the action to take place. Back our theme verse the King inquires who will set the battle, and the prophet surprises him by saying you are the one. Let me tell you this the power of God is available, the word of God carries that power it is just looking for the ground to fall. May you be the right ground to bring out the right action from the word of God. Don’t forget that the king was responsible for setting the battle, this is what the bible means when it says you are gods, you are nolonger slaves to fear, you are heads and not tails. You are kings and priests glory to God. *Prayer.* Thank you God for your power that has set me above the circumstances that seemed superior. *Further reference.*. Psalms 82:6. I have said ” you are gods”??
