YOUR LABOUR IS NOT IN VEIN:

*STUDY SCRIPTURE:*
Hebrews 6:10 (KJV);
For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

*YOUR LABOUR IS NOT IN VEIN:*
Our Lord is a righteous God. This righteousness is His nature and the essence of His person.

He reveals to us in our theme scripture that it would be contrary to His nature if He forgot your work and labour of love.

It means that by nature, God rewards service to Him. No one serves God in vain.

There are people who have given themselves to the work of the ministry. In the process, they have lost friends, business opportunities, and even been rejected by their families.

They have foregone many pleasures for the sake of the gospel. They have given their time, their finances, their hands and their feet.

Do you imagine that God looks at your sacrifice and simply smiles smugly? No, your labour in God can never be in vain.

So, do not lose heart, child of God. Serve with love and with diligence. Avail yourself for His presence and His work.

Remember that God does not forget His servants. He did not forget Mordecai when the king forgot Him. He did not forget Joseph when the chief cupbearer forgot him. He will not forget you!

*FURTHER STUDY:*

By nature, God rewards service to Him. No one serves God in vain.

*PRAYER:*
My Father, I thank You for this truth. You are a faithful God. The Bible says that even when we are unfaithful, You are faithful because You cannot deny Yourself. I choose to spend and be spent for Your sake, with diligence and with love. To the glory of Your name, Amen.
