*Study scripture:* _Proverbs 24:17-18-Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth: Lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him._
*YOUR ENEMIES.*
Each man in this world often has someone or a group of people that stands against them. The greatest desire that any person could ever have in this world is to witness a calamity befall their enemies.
In the teachings of Solomon, he tells us never to rejoice at the fall of our enemies and neither should we celebrate when they stumble. It is of the Lord to perfectly avenge your adversary.
You as an individual may not ever give a just revenge to them but God has the ability and the power to avenge them perfectly. Your responsibility is only to love and pity them even when they are going through affliction.
Every time you participate in the vengeance of your enemies, God will sit back and will not offer his judgement. Sometimes it is possible for you to offer an inferior punishment to a superior trouble your enemies caused.
Or sometimes it is possible to offer a superior judgement to an inferior trouble caused by your adversaries. So in all these things, God does not expect to participate in the avenging of your adversaries.
Commit all vengeance to the Lord. Do nothing that shows you are avenging your adversaries neither should you rejoice because some calamity befell them. God has a perfect judgement for whosoever troubles you.
