Why Prayer*

Judg.5.19 – The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money.
Judg.5.20 – They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.

*Why Prayer*

Prayer is a life style of any spiritual Man in that there are doors that can never open for you as a believer if you don’t pray because Prayer is a key in the spirit.

Our theme scripture speaks of a fighting on the earthly and a fighting in the heavenly, and the stars here represent the angelic. Let’s understand this saints, we win on the earthly because we know how to wage war spiritually, Prayer establishes a Christian in the victory by which Christ has set them free.

There is no day king David went to war without aligning spiritually for the victory Israel needed in war. He always knew he had a horse of stars (angelic) on his side in the heavenly waging war for his victory, glory to God.

That’s why when King Saul gives David his army wear of war why David was going to face Goliath, David put it on and he said iam not used to this and he put it off, there is another kind of garments David knew and they were spiritual because he leaned on God more than his physical weapons.

Understand this; when you are a lover of prayer, you define your spiritual realities in the physical world.

Because iam praying in the spirit, iam able to stand even in the evil day. This is how David was able to earn victory against his enemies, he knew how to win wars in the spirit, it was deeper than words and this is the heritage of every child of God.

*Nugget* God has called us to win wars in the spirit, that’s why we pray always; to take ahold of our victory in Christ Jesus.

*Prayer* Thankyou loving Father for this Truth, my heart is exercised in prayer and I fall in love more with the spirit of Prayer because victory is mine.
