WALK IN LOVE

*WALK IN LOVE.*

_Ephesians 5:2 KJV, *And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us,* and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour._

We are told to walk in love. The Greek word for walk is ‘peripateo’ which also means to regulate one’s life. So we regulate our lives in love.

There is no scripture that says that God is faith. He can be a God of faith, a God who exercises faith etc. However there is a scripture that says that God is love.

So if God is love, a man who walks in love is a man who walks in God. The only way you can walk in God blamelessly is when you walk in love.

Faith without love has spot. What causes faith to carry no spot is love. being unspotted can only happen by love.

You may be found with fault in faith, however you cannot be found in and with fault when you walk in the love of God.

Being filled with all the fullness of God is not found in the realm of prayer, it is found in the realm of love. So understand love and you will understand what it means to be filled with all the fullness of God because God himself is love.

A man full of faith may not necessarily be full of God, however a man full of the God kind of love is a man full of God.

In Ephesians 4:15, the Bible says ‘But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:’ this means that the only way you can grow up INTO HIM IN ALL THINGS is by love. He doesn’t separate the two. Both happen simultaneously.

Some people first grow up into him then they begin to grow up in all things, however if you want both to happen at the same time then the only way possible is speaking the truth in love.

Here We are talking about growing up into God but also at the same time in all things, not in some things but in all things. This includes in all levels of glory, in all dimensions of the spirit, in all spheres of influence, in all knowledge, in all wisdoms, in all faith, in all understandings, in all…as much as you can perceive.

Only speaking truth in love can accomplish that.

*Nugget:* The only way you can grow up into God in all things is by speaking the truth in love. Love redeems time. So seek to speak the truth in love. Don’t just speak the truth because you know the truth, let the truth flow through the golden pipes of love and you will grow up into him in all things.

*Confession:* Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you that I speak the truth in love and I grow up into you in all things. I thank you that daily I am being edified and I chose to walk in love that I may be found blameless and without spot, it doesn’t matter how much I know, it doesn’t matter what I know, it doesn’t matter who I know, all I chose to do is to subject all things of mine to the boundaries of love that I may be filled with all the fullness of God. Hate is not my nature, Unforgiveness is not my nature, falsehood is not my nature, unbelief is not my nature in Jesus name amen.
