*Psalms 91:1*
_Those who *live in the shelter* of the Most High will *find rest* in *the shadow* of the Almighty._

*Insight*

Three words to mark _shelter , shadow and rest_.The bible says over in *Hebrews 4:11* _so let us do out best to enter that *rest*…_.As a child, I used to fear some things some I may still do but I don’t glory in fear you know why? Because we are not given the spirit of fear *2 Timothy 1:7* so I better do more renewing of my mind. Amen. Hallelujah!!! So what’s the remedy to fear in today’s portion, its simply dwelling in the shelter under the shadow of the most high and hence his rest.

David says in his shadow he rejoices because God has been his help. *Psalms 63:7*. In *Isaiah 49;2*… _in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me_. The rest we desire free from fear, worry, anxiety,lack,failure, depression, disease even pestilence is in the lord. We can enter his shelter of his shadow of rest in many ways but one of them is through meditating on the word, keeping our minds on his word *Isaiah 26:3* , our thoughts on the things above. *Col 3:2* that’s the one way we can be free of fear, anxiety, worry etc and instead rejoice, and be full of life.

Father we thank you because you are our refuge. When we concern ourselves with you, you take care of us and concern yourself with all that pertains our lives. We love you. Amen
