Luke 23:34
_Then Jesus said, ” *Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”* And they divided His garments and cast lots._

*THE PERIL OF IGNORANCE – (Crucifying Christ Again)*

Praise God! Hallelujah. But did you know _” *Ignorance of the Word of God leads to sin or is sin in itself one we need to repent of and seek God’s forgiveness?* “_. Not knowing God or His Word makes you guilty to the Bone. As a matter of fact it is written over in *Romans 14:23* that _”But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because [he does] not [eat] from faith; *for whatever [is] not from faith is sin.* “_

This is what the bible has to say about faith; _that it comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God_ ( *Romans 10;17* ) meaning that if a man is ignorant of God’s Word, he is not acting in Faith and before God whatever he does no matter how good and innocent it may seem its still sinful.

Our theme Scripture is a good example of what ” *Ignorance of the Scriptures* ” can lead us into. Jesus was rejected for not being the Messiah yet the prophets of Old like Isaiah had prophesied of His coming and his Wonderous Works. Isaiah had prophesied of them in *Isaiah 61;1* ( Him Preaching to the poor, healing the broken, setting captives free etc) …

And yet some People saw his great works and still didn’t believe because of the Ignorance of truth ( The Word; the law and Prophets) and so they sinned. Bible says in *1 Corinthians 2:8* _which none of the rulers of this age knew; *for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory* ._ What this is trying to imply is that what the Rulers of time past did even if God worked it out for Good to lead to our Salvation was still unjust; crucifying an innocent Man. ” *_And so Jesus on the Cross asks that they be forgiven for they know not what they are doing”_*

*NUGGET*
_Child of God, your ignorance of truth is a sin; you are not any different from they that Crucified Jesus for not knowing and understanding what they were doing and what the Prophets had written concerning the Messiah. ” *Do you also know how many Glorious things you are crucifying in your Destiny; your life for not knowing the Word?”*_ Know God Dear one
