*Study scripture:* _Philippians 1:11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which [are] by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God._

*THE FRUIT OF OUR NATURE*

Our theme scripture is a portion of Paul’s prayer to the Phillipian church labouring in prayer to see to it that the seed which was placed in them bears it’s fruit

Every seed bears fruit after its own kind, inotherwords a mango seed can’t give off an orange fruit, when a man receives Christ in their life, they get the seed (nature) of God in them,

The nature they receive is righteousness, they don’t work for it, child of God, it wasn’t your hard work that you got saved, it was simply an election of grace

But be reminded that any branch that doesn’t bear fruit, it shall be cut off, the seed of righteousness gifted unto us is so much important as the fruit it produces

When the bible says we are the light of the world, it’s simply saying that men must be able to see our fruit and glorify God who is in heaven, men of this world can’t see the seed, they can only relate with the fruit

The manifestation of a fruit on a plant is dependant on the conditions given to it, child of God yield yourself to the Lord and to godliness until fruit is evident in your life.
