*STUDY SCRIPTURE*
James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
*TEMPTATION*
Temptation is missunderstood by some believers. This misunderstanding is often demonstrated by the fact that, some believers assume that God tempts them to see their strength or commitment to Him.
Our study scripture cautions us never to claim we are tempted by God. It wrong to think that God uses evil to tempt people.
Temptation is as a result of lust. A man is tempted when He is drawn away by his own lust, and yet lust is a womb that concieves sin.
So rather than claiming to have been tempted by God, we should understand what true hunger is, and how to distinguish it from from lust, because when one lusts , he is drawn into temptation.
To assume that God tempts men is to imply that He birthed lust in the spirit of a man. He is not a God of lust, He creates desires in us that birth responsibility. Praise Him.

To assume that God tempts men is to imply that He birthed lust in the spirit of a man. He is not a God of lust, He creates desires in us that birth responsibility.
*Prayer*
Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. Thank You for helping me to distinguish between lust and hunger. I overcome temptation and stand strong in the face of the enticements of the enemy, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
