Matt.6.33 – But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
*Seeking the Kingdom of God 1*
In studying all Scriptures, there is enough proof that this Kingdom belongs to seekers because we have a God who hides himself however many haven’t understood what it really means to seek God.
The kingdom of God is likened to very many things in scriptures, in seeing it the bible says unless a Man is Born again, unless one receives it like a little child, in otherwords the Kingdom of God is an inheritance to anyone who access it through Jesus Christ. However when scripture says *Rom.14.17 – For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.*
It means there are laws that establish one in that kingdom and the purpose of seeking is that we may get aquainted with those principles.
We are not seeking for a kingdom that has not been found, well Jesus sent the disciples out to preach saying *Luke.10.9 – and heal the sick. As you heal them, say, ‘The Kingdom of God is near you now.’* so because of Jesus Christ the Kingdom of God has come, it has been found and through the Gospel we have made known it’s existence.
However the word seek in the greek language refers to “meditating, to inquire into, to aim at, to feel after etc. So with this understanding you realize that it positions you to receive the kingdom, to receive it’s righteousness. When the scripture says seek first the kingdom, it means position yourself to feel after, to get diligent and consistent with the attributes of God’s kingdom, that’s what it means for a Man to be planted in the house of God.
In the kingdom of God, it’s all about righteousness, peace, joy in the holy spirit. So you position yourself to receive Joy, to receive peace, to receive his righteousness hallelujah.. that’s the mind of a seeker, as you meditate on God’s word your heart awakens to the laws in this kingdom, as you rejoice your heart is established in the kingdom, that’s the consciousness a new creation in Christ Jesus carries because the Kingdom has come already and we only have to know how to receive it, scripture calls it eating bread in the kingdom. *hallelujah*
*Further study;* Luke 14:15, 1Corinth 4:20, Luke 18:17, John3:3
*Nugget* When the scripture says seek first the kingdom, it means position yourself to receive the kingdom because it has come.
*Confession* Loving father I thank you for this understanding, I belong to a kingdom that cannot be shaken, it’s not built with human hands, iam a heir in this kingdom, glory to God, Amen.
