SEEKING

*Study Scripture*
Matthew 6:33(KJV); But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

SEEKING
There are things that God has designed to seek or follow a believer, for example David says in the psalm that goodness and mercy shall follow me.

What this means is that these various things have a conscience and know who and how to follow.

Forexample money has a concience and it knows who to follow, so are material possessions , job opportunities , name it

Its therefore unprofiting to go in the presence of God to seek things that should be seeking you instead.

Our theme scripture teaches us how to seek, our ultimate search should be God or nothing else, every time you set your mind to seek what must seek you, you ignore the ultimate pursuit of the Christian life which is God.

Today, I urge you to commit yourself to seeking Him alone. May your prayer time be defined by the desire to know Him more. Purpose to find His heart and not what His hands can give.

Find God, the rest will follow.
