PRESERVATION IN THE GOSPEL

*Study scripture:* _Job 1:15 – And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee._

*PRESERVATION IN THE GOSPEL*

There are men who escape simply because they have a story to tell. They are always preserved because of the message they carry. When God gives you a message,you will have to tell it.

In the days of Job,he suffered the worst of all moments in life. Amazingly, at those frustrating moments; the servants were always able to escape since they had to tell that news to Job.

Call to remembrance the days of Abraham and Lot. *_Genesis 14:13 – And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram._* One was spared just to tell the story.

There things you will escape and overcome simply because you participate in the witness of the gospel. *_Psalms 118:17 – I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD._* The only reason David had to be alive was to decree the goodness of the Lord. He was always spared because he a testimony about God.

Understand this as a Christian; that as you walk in this world, one of the blessings that will accompany you is to be preserved because of the gospel. You will escape many things because you have a story and testimony to tell.

There is a blessing of God that accompanies evangelists. When you carry a message,it is one of the preservations you will have as a Christian. There things you will have to escape simply because you have a story about Jesus to tell.

Thanks be to God who preserves me from all snares and traps for what am to tell. I shall not die but live to declare the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living in Jesus’ name.
