Divorce in our society today has become a norm and made to settle in the right things any man can settle for!
But remember what God has put together, no man can asunder. (Matthew 19:6): this was our Lord’s response to the interpretation of Moses’ law pertaining divorce. The Israelites being in a foreign land learnt foreign behaviors of husband’s casting away their wives even without reason. So God to regulate their behavior through devising reasons and procedures on how and why man should divorce.[Deuteronomy 24:1-4, Mark 10:2-9]
But today we learn a certain character, that because some have neglected they have gotten issues with their marriage, however much anointed a man is! In Joseph’s response to his master’s wife, he told her that his master had given him charge over everything except his wife!
See, today because of our businesses, wives and husband’s have entrusted their spouse’s living to their servants. It’s the maid laying the masters bed and she alone knows what the husband loves to eat! It’s the man’s driver who knows what time your wife leaves at work, how her day has been! Child of God, don’t provide such occasions of temptation however busy you are please.
We are a generation transformed, with revelation in this knowledge. Divorce cases shan’t be common in our chronicles, Hallelujah!
