Jesus our light

**Study scripture*
*John 1:5*
“And the light shines in the darkness , and the darkness did not comprehend it.(NKJV).

*Jesus our light.*

Light can be refered to anything that stimulates sight and makes things visible, When for example something is happening in a dark room, I will get a source of light to see and know the truth about what is happening.
The bible today is teaching us about Jesus as our light.

Now, we do not refer to Jesus as a bulb or candle when we call Him light, the light in Jesus is the life that we receive from Him.

This life is the knowledge of truth that Jesus Christ teaches to us each and every day by the holy spirit.

We can conclude that we didn’t have any truth about our lives not until we came into Christ.
Why because the bible teaches us in *John 1: 10* that Jesus was in the world and the world was made by Him and the world knew Him not.
This shows that He alone knows the truth about anything.

The scripture says the darkness, comprehended not this light, so child of God if there is any kind of darkness in your life, seek the knowledge of Jesus concerning it and believe it, because He overcame that darkness already for you
