*Study scripture*
1 Kings 9:4-5 (KJV)
_And if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded thee, and wilt keep my statutes and my judgments: Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel._
*Theme* : *God’s Promises.*
Our study scripture today highlights out something and a character in God that we ought to walk in the understanding of. In reply to Solomon the King, God speaks of the promises he had for the king even before his birth through his father David. But the fulfillment of this promises wasn’t dependent on God’s moods, but in how much the king aligned himself to walk in the realization of such promises. (2 Cor 2:20), for the promises of God are yea and Amen.
We as children of God, we have countless promises upon our lives just like Solomon the King, but how many of these are we walking in their fulfillment. It’s easy to deem a true prophesy false because it hasn’t come to fulfillment, deem the scriptures weak because we are not seeing what they say we are, and this where the enemy has crept in to deem those who are walking in the realization of the power of the gospel cults, because some men are not seeing the results.
The establishment of Solomon’s throne was through the uprightness of heart and its integrity. The realization of that word upon our lives children of God is independent of God, he desires that we may prosper (3 John 1:2), God ain’t against us, He is more than for us. It’s all dependent on you and I. Hallelujah.

*Prayer*
Loving Father, I thank you for this truth. My eyes are not limited on how much I haven’t walked in as my inheritance, but with your word and the sure word of prophecy. I am positioned to walk in that which you have predestined for my life, in Jesus’ name. AMEN
