FAITH

Heb.4.2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. (NKJV)

_UNDERSTANDING_ .
Apostle Paul was talking about the men of the old and those who received it with faith who were of the New Testament.

The working of the word comes only with Faith. Many people speak of faith without any understanding or revelation about it but after you get to understand it, The effective power of God is made manifest.

The theme scripture tells us that the word that was preached did not profit them. If the word you read or hear doesn’t profit you, its only one issue. FAITH and no middle ground about it.

How do we get this faith.? The scriptures tell us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word. When you hear this word, give it room for it to work in your life by having faith and believing for we know that nothing pleases the Lord like having faith. When faith is around, you enter rest. The place of faith draws us nearer to God because we have chosen to believe on Him.

Apply faith and see the word of God be a profit to you. If the word doesnt profit you, check your faith and relationship with the Holy spirit.God has already finished everything for you on calvary. Believe it. Hallelujah!
