BEING READY WHEN GOD MOVES

*Ezra 1:5* Then the heads of the fathers’ [houses] of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites, with all whose spirits God had moved, arose to go up and build the house of the LORD which [is] in Jerusalem.

*BEING READY WHEN GOD MOVES*

At this time, the spirit of God has stirred up the Cyrus the king of Persia who was a pagan, to make a decree that he put in a writing, it was saying that God had instructed him to provide for the building of the temple of God at Jerusalem. So, the king was asking, who is there at Jerusalem, ready so that provisions can be given to them to build the temple.
In the scripture above, we see that the spirit of God had prepared the fathers of the houses of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites to get ready to build the temple. As soon as the king of Persia made a decree, these men availed themselves and provisions were availed to start building the temple.

*Imagine if these guys felt that they were not ready!*, No one was going to be there to build the temple for the Lord, so as we prepare ourselves in ministry, let’s be ready always such that when God avails an opportunity, we are ready to take in on an accomplish the task.
God is counting on you, don’t look at your neighbor. He has given you all ability and sufficiency.
Hallelujah!
