BEING JUSTIFIED

*Study _scripture*
Romans 5:1-2. Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

*BEING JUSTIFIED *
There is justification in God that comes by faith but not by works through our lord Jesus Christ in who we have access into His grace. It’s not by works but by grace that came through our lord Jesus. Does this take away the place of works?? No, it doesn’t. In James 2:20, the verse explains that faith without works is dead. It’s faith first and then works manifest as it’s fruit. In verse 22 of James “Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?”
perfection eventually comes after understanding that there is justification that happened by faith. This truth will bring us to a place of doing great exploits in God with all boldness.
Some of us when we go to preach the gospel, you get reminded of how unable you are, how sinful you are, even the things that happened before salvation. The scripture tells us that we are all justified by faith through Jesus Christ, this is what you are supposed to think abou when that thought of “I can’t” comes.
Let’s therefore enjoy the peace that Jesus Christ has freely given to us without any worry about anything
Glory to God!

*PRAYER:*
Loving father, thanks for the gift of righteousness that you have bestowed upon us, even in our weakness, still your justification avails and brings us to the place of perfection and greater works.
Hallelujah
