BE NOT CONFORMED TO THE WORLD

*Study scripture: * _Romans 12:2-And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God._

*BE NOT CONFORMED TO THE WORLD.*

The word of God draws us to a place of not conforming ourselves to the standards of this age. Our family back grounds, our culture, the people that we live with, the friends, the leaders and all the systems of this age may have an influence on our lives.

But the word of God is telling us not to compare our life to all those things above. Your family back ground, culture etc may have things that they consider to be part of every person that belongs to that given group but are not a priority if they are not consistent with the word of God.

It doesn’t matter if your family members didn’t study, didn’t get married, they don’t prosper, may be they die at an early age.The culture that you belong to in the flesh may be practicing witchcraft,polygamous, they may be adulterous but these things don’t matter in your life. This is because you are new creature in Christ.

Your new nature is manifested when you study the word to renew our mind and exercising in the word of God so that you can prove what is good, and acceptable and perfect will of the father in our life.

When a man exercises in the word, he shall know that I can’t fall sick because by the stripes of Jesus I was healed. I can’t be poor because through Christ’s poverty I became rich. He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world and I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me and am more than a conqueror.
