*AN EVIL HEART OF UNBELIEF.*
_Hebrews 3:12 KJV Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you *an evil heart of unbelief,* in departing from the living God._
The Christians worst enemy is not demons, it’s not devils, it’s not fallen angels, it’s not graves, it is unbelief.
Unbelief is the worst enemy to a Christian. In our opening scripture, unbelief is called an evil heart. Many today still think that an evil heart is only that which murders, that which steals but however, worse than all those is unbelief. God calls unbelief an evil heart.
Unbelief causes men to depart from the living God. For example when the lord says that you are righteous by faith and a Christian refuses deliberately to agree with that then that alone causes them to depart from the way of the living God. They begin to seek for a righteousness that is outside the boundaries of God. But the cause of the departure is not necessarily sin but unbelief.
The disciples once asked Jesus why they could not cast out a demon from a certain individual, Jesus replied and said it was because of their unbelief. Then he gave them the solution of unbelief. He said this kind of unbelief can only go out by prayer and fasting.
If you are struggling with unbelief, then give yourself to prayer and fasting. A Christian by nature is not unbelieving, the only cause of their unbelieving is the wrong seed sowed in them. When wrong seed is sown in you through words, you will find yourself in the confines of unbelief.
Refuse to believe anything that causes you to go against the way of truth. It doesn’t matter whether you see it or not. When the word of God says you are righteous, that is final, when the word of God says you are a king, that is final, begin walking like a king because you are one. Exercise yourself into those places by firstly believing hallelujah.

*Confession* Father in the name of Jesus I thank you for your precious word, I thank you that what your word says, that I am, it doesn’t matter whether my circumstances don’t agree with it, it doesn’t matter whether the things around me don’t agree, I chose to believe your word. What your word says, that I am and your word has the final say. Amen.
